Tri-State Concrete Services hopes their recent spec house fosters interest in concrete construction
Expecting Success
We built our first concrete spec home to spur interest in concrete home construction in our area. We incorporated the E-MAXX insulating system into our forming system several years ago after being in the poured wall business for almost 25 years.
With my experience building several other spec homes, a few modifications in our architectural plan to account for thicker walls, some engineering footing modifications, and the addition of radiant hydronic heat, we were ready to begin.
Interest has been gradual, and we hope to see it grow.
