The home includes poured steps, round dining room with arched windows, swimming pool and retaining wall, using radius forms. The upstairs theater room doubles as a safe room with the addition of two steel doors.
Finishing touches include a colored concrete driveway, stamped concrete pool deck area and an aluminum spiral staircase.
